Pruning for Better Health

The act of pruning means to cut back and with plants and trees it entails cutting off the dead branches or stems to increase the production of fruit and allow for new growth.

Sometimes we’ve allowed areas of our lives to take energy from us and when we choose to prune or clear the clutter from our environment, our schedule, or any area of our life that’s sapping our energy, we are able to bare more fruit and become a better version of ourself.

When I first start working with a new client this is one of our first steps. We start by looking at how they are doing everything from the moment they wake up until the time they close their eyes and go to sleep. Because the way we do one thing is often the way we do everything, and it’s often challenging to see what we are doing. A Coach or an expert Gardener can help us see where best to cut back to allow for optimal growth.
